Our equipment now includes three dual vacuum motor industrial hot water extraction machines. More important however than the equipment being used, is the method of cleaning.

A carpet cleaner can use a very strong chemical added to the water which will ensure your carpet is sparkling clean when it is finished. Unfortunately this method will also ensure that DIRT AND SOILING IS ATTRACTED TO YOUR CARPET starting immediately because alkaline residues left in the carpet from the cleaning are designed to attract dirt. It is this very characteristic that allows these chemicals to clean well in the first place. Obviously the skill required is to ensure the correct dilution of the chemical and minimise residue of any chemicals. This is achieved by pre-mixing the appropriate cleaning solution, which should be pre sprayed directly to all carpet areas. This pre-spraying solution, after being allowed time to attract dirt and breakdown stains is extracted from the carpet utilising hot water only. By using hot water only, little to no residues are left so that carpets remain cleaner and softer for longer.
